My name is Oephebia and I was born under the sign of Gemini in Paris (France) many moons ago. I am a full time professional Psychic Tarot Reader and Tarot teacher.
I have lived in England since 1994 as I married an English musician. We live in South London together with Zoe, our African pygmy hedgehog. I have been reading the Tarot since the early 80's in my native country and professionally here in the UK since 1996. My approach to reading the Tarot is one of down to earth honesty. I have helped countless numbers of people to realise their potential and to have strength when burdens were upon them. I am a fully qualified animal communicator and this passion for animals has led me to work with Parrot sanctuaries here in the UK and Florida, USA.
