ESSENTIAL OILS
Essential oils are used today for all sorts of things, from healing cuts, bruises to alleviating pain and strains. Essential oils are very potent and are always mixed with a carrier oil before being applied safely to the skin in order to heal the body.
However, essential oils also work in another subtle way, they act via our sense of smell, releasing stress and calming the mind, and enhancing our spiritual side.
I have listed some of the well know oils which should be used in a BURNER ONLY.
Word of caution: Do not apply on the skin directly or use internally. Consult a qualified Aromatherapist who can prepare a potion for you as certain oils are not recommended; when pregnant for instance.
